Rocco, Prosecco, Venezia, Brut
It is aged using the Charmat method and the result is a soft, delicate wine which is the colour of pale straw. On the nose it is delicate and fruity. On the palate it is clean, balanced with moderate fullness.
Rocco, Rose, Vino Spumante
The Rocco Venezia Rose is produced form the grape variety of Pinot Nero and Raboso, from the vineyards situated on the flat of the Piave river in the Veneto region. It is the colour to rose petals and pomegranates. The bouquet is flowery with hints of raspberries, cranberries and cherries. It has an intense fine and fruity flavour.
